1972 Jaguar E-Type 2+2

1972 Jaguar E-Type in stunning original un-restored condition. The 2+2 is a four-seater version of the coupé, with a lengthened wheelbase, it was released in 1966 and sold until 1974.

From early on in the E-Type’s production, Jaguar boss Sir William Lyons had wanted a more practical version with seating for four and more interior space. The nine inch longer chassis and a higher roofline of the 2+2 allowed this and almost immediately the model became the most popular version, outselling the roadster and the coupe.
